Is the Heeey online whiteboard free?
Yes. You can create boards, share them and collaborate in real time without paying anything.
Do I need an account to use it?
Not to try it: you can draw as a guest, and the board is saved in your browser. With an account, your boards live in the cloud and you get folders, search and version history. Boards you created as a guest move to your account when you sign in.
How do I sign in without a password?
You type your email and get a sign-in link (a magic link). Click it and you're in. There's no password to forget.
Can I use it to teach online?
Yes. Share the link as "View only" so students can follow along live, or as "Can edit" so they can solve exercises with you on the same board.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
It works in the browser on any device, with no app to install.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing is lost. Every stroke is saved in your browser first and synced to the cloud when the connection comes back.
